These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you
and Blastforce Interactive (“Blastforce”,
“we”, “us”, “our”) governing your access to and use of the
Blastforce website, applications, APIs and related services (the
“Services”). By creating an account, linking a Steam account or using any
part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms,
the Privacy Policy, the Marketplace
Rules and the Match & Tournament Rules.
Blastforce is an online platform that lets users (a) trade in-game items for the game Counter-Strike 2
(“CS2”), (b) compete in skill-based match wagers and tournaments using a
virtual in-platform credit known as B-Coins, and (c) deposit and withdraw value in cryptocurrency
through a third-party payment processor.
ImportantBlastforce is not affiliated with, endorsed
by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation, Steam, or any of their subsidiaries. CS2 trademarks,
items, images and likenesses remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for
descriptive purposes.
1. Definitions
- Account — the personal record we keep about you on the Services.
- B-Coins — a non-monetary, non-transferable virtual credit used inside the
Services.
1 USD = 100 B-Coins.
- Wager Match — a competitive CS2 match in which all participants stake B-Coins
and the winning side receives the prize pool.
- Marketplace — the in-platform listing system where users trade tradeable CS2
items between each other through Steam.
- Escrow — the period during which funds for a Marketplace trade are frozen on
our side before being released to the seller.
- Plisio — our third-party cryptocurrency payment processor (plisio.net) used for deposits and
withdrawals.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your
jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use the Services.
- You must be legally permitted to participate in skill-based competitions for prizes and to use
cryptocurrency in the country in which you reside.
- You must not be on any sanctions list maintained by the United Nations, the European Union, the
United Kingdom, the United States or your home country.
- You may not access the Services from any of the following restricted territories
(subject to change): the Crimea region, the so-called Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics,
Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the Russian Federation and Belarus.
- You may not access the Services from any jurisdiction where skill-based real-money play, virtual
item trading or cryptocurrency settlement is prohibited.
3. Account & Steam linking
- You may register one account per natural person. Multi-accounting, account sharing, account selling,
account renting, or registering on behalf of another person is prohibited.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and any approved
sessions or QR codes. All activity from a logged-in session is treated as performed by you.
- To create or join Wager Matches and to use the Marketplace you must link a valid Steam account and
Steam Trade URL. We may rely on data returned by the Steam Web API to assess your inventory and
trade eligibility.
- You confirm that the Steam account you link is yours and that it is in good standing on Steam (no
Steam Community ban, no Steam trade restriction, no VAC ban relevant to CS2). Trading restrictions
imposed by Valve are your sole responsibility.
4. B-Coins
- B-Coins are an internal accounting unit. They are not legal tender, not a security, not
e-money, and they have no value outside the Services.
- B-Coins cannot be transferred to other platforms. They can only (a) be earned or won inside the
Services, (b) be spent on the Marketplace, in matches and tournaments, (c) be transferred to other
Blastforce users via the in-platform P2P transfer feature, or (d) be exchanged back to
cryptocurrency through the withdrawal flow at the rate of
100 B-Coins = 1 USD minus
applicable fees.
- B-Coins associated with a fraudulent or illegitimate deposit (including any chargeback or reversal
at the payment processor) may be removed from your balance at any time.
5. Deposits
Deposits are processed in cryptocurrency by Plisio. The supported cryptocurrencies, addresses and exact
rate are displayed in the deposit interface and may change without notice.
| Parameter |
Value |
| Minimum deposit |
$1.00 USD equivalent |
| Maximum deposit (per invoice) |
$10,000 USD equivalent |
| Conversion rate |
1 USD = 100 B-Coins |
| Supported assets |
BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT (TRC-20 / ERC-20), TRX, DOGE, TON, SOL |
- Cryptocurrency network fees are paid by you and are deducted by the network, not by Blastforce.
- Before your first deposit you must complete the on-screen identity form (full name, date of birth,
country, phone number). This is a one-time step; you will not be asked again on
subsequent deposits unless we need to re-verify.
- Deposits are credited to your B-Coin balance only after the payment processor confirms the
transaction. Underpayments may be credited at the actual paid amount; overpayments are credited as
well.
- Deposits are final. Once B-Coins are credited, the corresponding cryptocurrency is
no longer recoverable through the deposit flow. To get value back you must use the withdrawal flow
described below.
6. Withdrawals
Withdrawals convert B-Coins back into cryptocurrency through Plisio. No additional identity form is
required at withdrawal time.

- You are solely responsible for the wallet address you provide. Funds sent to a wrong, illegal, or
non-recoverable address are not refundable.
- We may decline a withdrawal where there is evidence of fraud, chargeback, account compromise,
sanctioned destination, abuse of bonuses or violation of these Terms. Declined withdrawals are
returned to the user’s B-Coin balance unless the funds are subject to a hold or investigation.
- Approved withdrawals are dispatched via Plisio. Final settlement on the destination chain is subject
to that network’s confirmation times.
7. Marketplace
Detailed rules for buying and selling CS2 items are set out in the Marketplace Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by
reference. In summary:
- Only tradeable CS2 items can be listed. Stolen items, items from compromised Steam accounts, or
items subject to Steam holds are forbidden.
- Buyers pay from their B-Coin balance. The seller has 12 hours to send the Steam trade offer; the
buyer has 12 hours to accept it.
- After Steam trade verification the seller’s payout is held in escrow for 8
days to absorb chargebacks and disputes.
- Disputes are resolved by Blastforce based on Steam API evidence and may result in a refund to the
buyer or a release to the seller.
8. Match wagers & tournaments
Detailed rules are set out in the Match & Tournament Rules. In
summary:
- Wager Matches and tournament entry fees are deducted from your B-Coin balance when you confirm
participation.
- Outcome is determined by the in-game score reported by participants and verified by our anti-cheat
and matchmaking systems.
- If a match cannot be completed for technical reasons (server timeout, mass disconnect, anti-cheat
session loss), bets are returned to participants.
- Cheating, match-fixing or collusion voids the match and may result in confiscation of stakes and a
permanent ban.
9. Anti-cheat & fair play
- An anti-cheat session is required for Wager and Premier modes. By starting such a match you consent
to the anti-cheat client running on your machine for the duration of the session and to telemetry
being sent to us for fair-play purposes.
- We classify violations as CRITICAL, HIGH, MEDIUM,
and LOW. CRITICAL violations may result in an instant permanent ban without
warning. HIGH violations follow a three-strike policy. MEDIUM and LOW events are logged for context.
- Repeated unfinished anti-cheat sessions, tampering, virtualisation, or DLL injection attempts are
treated as cheating.
10. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to, and not to attempt to:
- Cheat in any match (use of aimbots, wallhacks, triggerbots, scripts, macros that automate gameplay,
hardware spoofers, third-party performance overlays interacting with game memory, etc.).
- Engage in match-fixing, collusion, soft-throwing, sandbagging or sharing accounts to manipulate
matchmaking.
- Use stolen, hacked, phished, charged-back or fraudulently obtained Steam accounts, items or payment
instruments.
- Resell or transfer your account, or buy/sell match outcomes off-platform.
- Use bots, scrapers, or unauthorised automation against the Services or our APIs.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with our software, anti-cheat client, or backend.
- Bypass geofencing, age verification, sanctions screening, or rate limits using VPNs, proxies or
residential routing.
- Use the Services to launder money, finance terrorism, or evade taxes.
- Harass, threaten, dox, or use hate speech or sexual content involving minors against other users or
staff.
- Use the platform-issued Card Number or P2P transfer feature to settle off-platform debts, gambling,
or commercial transactions unrelated to the Services.
11. Suspension & termination
- We may suspend or terminate any account, withhold payouts, freeze trades and reverse balances if we
reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
- A banned account cannot deposit, withdraw, transfer, list items, buy items or join matches.
- Where we terminate an account for fraud, cheating, sanctions, money-laundering risk or chargeback
abuse we may keep the affected balance pending investigation. Where the termination is
administrative and you have no outstanding violations, your remaining unencumbered balance will be
returned via withdrawal subject to the standard limits and KYC checks.
- You may close your account at any time by contacting Support. Closure
does not extinguish obligations that arose before closure.
12. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum
extent permitted by applicable law:
- We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any in-game
match will be successfully played to completion.
- We are not responsible for the Steam network, the Plisio payment processor, blockchain congestion,
or any third-party service used to deliver the Services.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages,
or for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or virtual items, arising out of or related to your use of
the Services.
- Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services is capped at the greater of (a) the
total fees you paid us in the 90 days before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.
13. Intellectual property
- The Blastforce name, logo, “B-Coin” concept, the platform’s code, design and
content are owned by Blastforce or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive
licence to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- CS2, Steam and related trademarks belong to Valve Corporation. Blastforce uses them descriptively
under fair-use principles.
- By posting content (community posts, reports, comments, profile information) you grant us a
worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display it as part of operating the Services.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page
indicates the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the dashboard or by email.
Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms; if you do not
accept, you must stop using the Services and may withdraw any unencumbered balance.
15. Governing law & disputes
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Blastforce Interactive is
incorporated, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules.
- Where required by local consumer-protection law, you retain the rights of your country of residence.
- Disputes shall first be raised through Support. If unresolved within
30 days, they shall be submitted to the competent courts of our place of incorporation, unless
mandatory law provides otherwise.
16. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the in-platform Support
form. We aim to respond within five business days.
